How Fast Can Humans Run?

No doubt, we must have seen our friend run many times. Even to the extent of us not being able to resist the urge to join them.
Apart from that, we have watched the likes of Carmelita Jeter and even Usain Bolt run with so much zeal we imagine if we could ever run that fast. But many others ask, can humans run faster than cars?  Or how fast can humans run?

Short Answer: Humans can run at a maximum speed of 45kmhr-¹.

Many would agree with me that reaching such speed would require a great deal of work out. Because in reaching it, one needs to attain a high level of stamina; the ability to sustain prolonged physical effort. You don't want to start crashing now and then due to exhaustion.

Humans, in particular, can always improve their stamina following a few strategies. Some of which may include adding weight training to your running, doing high-powered bike intervals, performing swimming laps, increasing your mileage by 10%, and taking long runs on weekends.

How To Increase Your Running Speed

I would say a few tactics and skills can be applied when running just to boost speed, and who knows, maybe help you move faster than the maximum 45kmhr-¹.
Make sure you switch your pace, count your steps, date your treadmill, and most of all, run on your toes with your heels up. All these can efficiently enable humans to run faster.
Stay tuned.
